Choose Feedback in Settings or contact our support email. Describe the steps and what you would like improved. Avoid including unnecessary identifying or health information about your child.

How do I use voice or text entry?

Tap the floating plus button and choose Voice feeding log. Start speaking to record on iPhone, or choose Manual entry to type a paragraph. You can speak Mandarin or English. Review each card’s type, time and numbers before saving it. Uncertain details are flagged; please check the result before saving.

Where are my drafts?

Tap the small draft icon on the voice page. The unread badge clears after viewing, while drafts remain. Only saved items enter the app timeline. Audio drafts support playback; typed drafts have no recording.

Must Apple Watch stay connected?

First set up a baby in the paired iPhone app and open it to send the baby context to Watch. Watch can keep several recordings while temporarily disconnected. The system schedules transfer after reconnecting. Lock screen, background restrictions and connectivity can delay processing; opening the iPhone app lets you continue. Watch does not independently recognize or finalize care records.

Does speech recognition need internet?

Recognition runs on supported devices. Preparing Apple’s system language resources for the first time may require internet. If resources or recognition are unavailable, use text or manual entry. Purchases, restore purchases and external links you choose to open may also require internet.

Why is there no picker feedback?

Enable System Haptics in iPhone Settings. The app respects system and hardware settings; a simulator cannot reproduce the physical feedback.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the unlock or unlocked entry in Settings, then Restore Purchases using the Apple account that made the purchase. Apple handles pricing and transactions.

What should I check before deleting data or changing phones?

Follow the scope shown by the action and Privacy Policy. A standard backup includes profiles, saved records and settings, but not original photo files. A photo-inclusive backup also contains readable baby avatars and original album photos. Neither includes voice/text drafts or recordings. Before changing phones, review important drafts, export the backup and actually save its files. If split into multiple files, keep and import the complete set. Preview the restore scope on the new phone, confirm and check the photos before removing old-device data. Copies exported to the system photo library remain under your control.

How does Feedback work?

The app opens an email draft with your text, app version and system version. You decide whether to send it. Baby records and recordings are not attached automatically. If no mail app is available, copy the content and address: jensen_0312@qq.com.

The app is for recording, organization and general reference. It does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, individualized medical advice or health conclusions. Check vaccination, growth and age-based references against your care region and consult a local qualified professional.
